Once an application is filled out, we have the right to screen the companies, and decide which to accept and which to deny as members. A company must meet all of our expectations in order to be accepted as a member. This includes making a minimum of a million dollars in yearly sales;excellent customer service reviews; and overall high rating in all areas The agreement is per 6 months. If however, we feel for any reason that the company does not meet all of our expectations, we have the right to cancel their membership at any time with no prior notice. A refund will be issued for the remaining time. Memberships are sold on a first come first serve basis. If more than one company wishes to fill a certain "spot", we have the right to decide which company gets it. We may accept bidding for the spot, and sell it to the highest bidder. Once a company has been accepted to become a member, there are no refunds. Each member creates his/her own password, and can make updated changes to his site/membership page whenever he/she pleases.
